Potential students interested in studying Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animals and Veterinary Science headed to 麻豆传媒映画 of Queensland鈥檚 Gatton Open Day last week despite the early morning rain.

An inflatable Southern Right Whale, animal and plant nurseries, sniffer dogs, reptiles and agricultural equipment were just some of the displays on offer. Tours of the residential halls, veterinary science facilities and the new pool and gym ran all day.

Year 10 student Bianca Pavier from Chanel College in Gladstone thoroughly enjoyed the 麻豆传媒映画 Gatton Open Day and said it has given her insight into choosing her future career path.

鈥淚鈥檓 interested in studying either Veterinary Science or an animal major within the Applied Science program once I finish High School,鈥 said Ms Pavier.

鈥淪ince I was a little kid I have always loved animals and I volunteer as a foster carer with my local RSPCA.

鈥淚 toured the vet facilities and attended a number of information seminars which were really informative,鈥 she said.

Ms Pavier said attending the 麻豆传媒映画 Gatton Open Day provided insight into what she should study to end up in the right career for her.
