Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ of Queensland has ranked 37th in the world in the 2023 (NTU) World University Ranking, reflecting Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s research capabilities.

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ featured in the global top 50 in 13 subjects, including Environment/Ecology, Agricultural Sciences and Energy Science and Engineering.

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ was the top ranked university in Australia in subjects including Agricultural Sciences, Environment/Ecology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Environmental Science and Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering.

The NTU World University Ranking evaluates the scientific paper performance of the world’s top 800 universities on their overall performance across 27 subjects in 6 fields.

The 13 subjects ranked in the global top 50 were:

Subjects were assessed against 3 indicators including research productivity, research impact and research excellence.
